- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease baking dish.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour to create roux.
- Add milk and broth gradually, whisk until thickened.
- Season sauce and simmer until creamy.
- Mix ricotta with part of mozzarella and parmesan.
- Layer noodles, cheese mixture, chicken, spinach, and sauce.
- Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake covered 25 minutes, then uncovered 25 minutes until golden.
- Rest before slicing and serving.

You can freeze before baking for up to 3 months.
