  • 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Finely chop or mash the strawberries until slightly smooth.
  2. Beat softened butter until light and fluffy using a hand mixer.
  3. Add strawberries, powdered sugar, honey, vanilla, and salt, then mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes
