- Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and blister the cherry tomatoes until softened and lightly charred.
- Add garlic, chili flakes, sea salt, and hot honey to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until glossy.
- Spread whipped feta into a serving bowl and top with the warm blistered tomatoes.
- Finish with basil, black pepper, flaky sea salt, and extra hot honey before serving with toasted pita.
Notes
For extra smoky flavor, roast the tomatoes in the oven instead of skillet blistering them.
