- Break feta cheese into chunks and place into a food processor.
- Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, honey, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides if needed.
- Adjust consistency with additional olive oil or yogurt if necessary.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl and garnish with olive oil, herbs, or chili flakes.
Notes
For best flavor use block feta packed in brine and blend until fully smooth.
