Main Juice
  • 6 cups watermelon cubed and seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1-2 tbsp honey optional
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup cold water optional
  • mint leaves optional

Equipment

  • fine mesh strainer
  • pitcher

Method
 

  1. Cut watermelon into cubes and remove seeds.
  2. Blend watermelon until smooth.
  3. Strain if desired and mix in lime juice and honey.
  4. Chill and serve over ice.
