Cheesecake Cream

  • Powdered sugar

  • Rose water

Pistachio Layer

Method
 

  1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter, then press into serving glasses.
  2. Whip cream cheese mixture and fold in whipped cream with rose water and vanilla.
  3. Layer biscuit base, cream, and pistachios, then repeat.
  4. Chill for 2–3 hours before serving and garnish with pistachios and rose petals.
