Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup water as needed
Filling
  • 2 potatoes boiled and diced
  • 0.5 cup green peas
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 cup cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Prepare dough by mixing flour, salt, and oil, then adding water to form a firm dough. Rest 30 minutes.
  2. Cook filling by sautéing spices, vegetables, and potatoes, then mix in cheese and cilantro.
  3. Roll dough, shape cones, fill with mixture, and seal into triangles.
  4. Deep fry on medium-low heat until golden and crispy.

Notes

You can bake or air-fry these samosas for a lighter version.
