Ingredients
  

Parfait Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Layers & Toppings
  • 1.5 cups granola
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup raspberries

Method
 

  1. Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey until smooth.
  2. Toast sliced almonds in a dry pan until golden and fragrant.
  3. Layer yogurt, granola, and fruit in a glass, repeating layers as desired.
  4. Top with almonds, extra fruit, and a drizzle of honey before serving.

Notes

For best texture, assemble just before serving to keep granola crunchy.
