Ingredients
  

Main Component
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt full-fat preferred
  • 1 cucumber peeled, seeded, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped

Method
 

  1. Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a towel.
  2. Mix yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Fold in cucumber, chill for 30 minutes, and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, allow tzatziki to chill before serving.
