Ingredients
  

Main Components
  • 300 g pasta short shape
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1/4 red onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and cool completely.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add tuna, vegetables, and pasta, then toss gently until well combined. Chill before serving.

Notes

Chill before serving for best flavor. Adjust dressing to taste.
