Ingredients
  

Main Components
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
  2. Cook chicken in hot oil until browned and fully cooked, then remove from pan.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger, add vegetables, then return chicken and pour in sauce. Cook until thickened.

Notes

For best flavor, cook on high heat and avoid overcrowding the pan. Add chili flakes for spice.
