Ingredients
  

Parfait Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup granola crunchy
Optional Toppings
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • parfait glass or mason jar

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt with honey and vanilla extract if using.
  3. Add a spoonful of yogurt to the bottom of a glass or jar.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the strawberries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
  7. Top with extra strawberries, granola, and a drizzle of honey.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best texture, add granola just before serving so it stays crunchy.
