  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pecans toasted
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the spinach, then place it in a large serving bowl.
  2. Add sliced strawberries, red onion, toasted pecans, and feta cheese.
