Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Whipped Cream
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cake Layer
  • 3 cups sponge cake cubed

Method
 

  1. Mix strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, then let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer cake, strawberries, and whipped cream in cups, then repeat and chill before serving.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for best flavor. Chill before serving for enhanced taste and texture.
