- Wash and dry apples thoroughly, then insert wooden sticks and chill for 20 minutes.
- Pulse cookies and freeze-dried strawberries into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and set aside.
- Melt strawberry candy coating until smooth.
- Dip chilled apples into strawberry coating and allow excess to drip off.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle or dip over coated apples.
- Immediately cover with strawberry shortcake crumble while coating is still wet.
- Allow apples to set completely before serving.
