- Blend strawberries with 1 cup water until smooth.
- Strain the puree into a pitcher to remove seeds.
- Steep rose petals in warm water, then strain.
- Add lemon juice, sugar, and rose infusion to the pitcher.
- Pour in remaining water and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Chill and serve over ice with garnishes.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and rose intensity to taste. Best served chilled with fresh garnishes.
