Ingredients
  

Main Component
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups water cold
Rose Infusion
  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals or 2 tsp rose water
  • 1 cup warm water for steeping

Equipment

  • fine mesh strainer
  • pitcher

Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries with 1 cup water until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree into a pitcher to remove seeds.
  3. Steep rose petals in warm water, then strain.
  4. Add lemon juice, sugar, and rose infusion to the pitcher.
  5. Pour in remaining water and stir until sugar dissolves.
  6. Chill and serve over ice with garnishes.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and rose intensity to taste. Best served chilled with fresh garnishes.
