Ingredients
  

Strawberry Base
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
Matcha Latte
  • 1 tsp matcha powder sifted
  • 1/4 cup hot water not boiling
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth to create the puree.
  2. Whisk sifted matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.
  3. Add ice to a glass, pour strawberry puree, then milk, and finally top with matcha. Serve immediately.

Use high-quality matcha for best flavor and pour slowly to achieve distinct layers.
