- Blend the strawberries with 1/2 cup water until smooth.
- Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Heat sugar, honey, and 1 cup water until dissolved, then cool.
- Combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, syrup, and remaining water in a pitcher.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then serve over ice with lemon slices and mint.
Notes
For extra sparkle, replace half the water with sparkling water just before serving.
