- Blend the strawberries with 1 cup of water until smooth.
- Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
- Heat sugar with 1 cup water until dissolved to make simple syrup.
- Combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, syrup, and remaining water in a pitcher.
- Add ice, garnish, and serve chilled.
Notes
For a sparkling version, replace one cup of water with sparkling water just before serving.
