- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Bake for 75–90 minutes, then cool in oven with door slightly open.
- Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Top cooled pavlova with whipped cream and strawberries before serving.
