Tart Crust
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold
  • 1 egg yolk
Chocolate Filling
  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
Topping
  • 2 cups strawberries halved
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare tart dough and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake crust until golden and let cool.
  3. Make chocolate ganache and pour into crust.
  4. Chill until set, then top with strawberries.
