Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C and prepare the crust by mixing crumbs, sugar, and butter, then press into tart pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and cream, then mix until smooth.
- Pour filling into crust and bake for 30–35 minutes until slightly set.
- Cool gradually, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Cook strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, thicken if desired, then cool.
- Top chilled tart with strawberry mixture and serve.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight and use fresh ripe strawberries.
