  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 burrata cheese balls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze optional
  • fresh basil leaves
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush slices with olive oil and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. Slice strawberries and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread burrata over toasted bread slices.
  5. Top with strawberries, drizzle honey and balsamic glaze.
  6. Garnish with basil and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for best flavor and assemble just before serving to maintain crisp texture.
