- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Toss sweet potatoes with oil and seasoning, then roast for 15 minutes.
- Mix honey garlic sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Add sausage and vegetables, drizzle sauce, and toss on pan.
- Roast another 20–25 minutes until caramelized and tender.
- Finish with remaining sauce and garnish before serving.
Notes
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra caramelization. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
