Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250 g ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 50 g glass noodles soaked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Wrapping
  • 20 spring roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp water

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook garlic in oil, then add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add vegetables, noodles, and seasonings, then cook until combined.
  3. Cool filling completely before wrapping.
  4. Wrap tightly in spring roll wrappers and seal with flour paste.
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, keep wrappers covered with a damp cloth while assembling to prevent drying.
