Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add garlic, salt, and pepper and stir well.
  4. Fold in spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread mixture into baking dish evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Serve with bread, chips, or fresh vegetables.
