Ingredients
  

Main Sauce
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Add yogurt to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in garlic, chili flakes, and chili paste.
  3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in fresh herbs and adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Chill briefly before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Adjust spice level to preference. For extra depth, warm chili flakes in oil before mixing.
