Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Spread wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile simmer honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, butter, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and chili flakes in a saucepan until thick.
- Toss cooked wings in the spicy honey sauce until evenly coated.
- Return wings to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze, then garnish and serve.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes or hot sauce to control spice level. For crispier wings bake on a wire rack.
