Ingredients
  

Harissa Dip Base
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers drained
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Optional Creamy Addition
  • 1 tbsp tahini optional

Method
 

  1. Drain roasted red peppers and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. Add peppers, harissa paste, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, chili flakes, and salt to a food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add tahini if desired and blend again until fully incorporated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice, salt, or harissa.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, garnish, and serve.

Notes

For deeper flavor, chill the dip for 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with olive oil, sesame seeds, or fresh herbs.
