- Drain roasted red peppers and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- Add peppers, harissa paste, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, chili flakes, and salt to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.

- Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice, salt, or harissa.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, garnish, and serve.
Notes
