  • 400 g ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
Wrapping & Frying
  • 20 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cook garlic and ginger, then add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add vegetables and spices, cook briefly, then let filling cool.
  3. Fill wrappers, roll tightly, seal with egg, then fry until golden and crispy.
