Method
- Combine water, sugar, and dried lavender in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, remove from heat, and steep for 10 minutes before straining.
- In a pitcher, mix fresh lemon juice, cold water, and lavender syrup.
- Stir well and chill if desired.
- Add sparkling water just before serving and pour over ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs and serve immediately.
Notes
Use culinary-grade lavender for best flavor. Adjust sweetness by adding more syrup if desired.
