Sparkling Lavender Lemonade

A refreshing floral lemonade made with fresh lemon juice, homemade lavender syrup, and sparkling water for a light bubbly spring drink.

Ingredients
  

Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
Lemonade Base
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4–6 lemons
  • 3 cups cold water
Sparkling Finish
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup ice cubes for serving
Garnish
  • 4 slices lemon slices
  • 4 sprigs fresh lavender optional garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine water, sugar, and dried lavender in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, remove from heat, and steep for 10 minutes before straining.
  3. In a pitcher, mix fresh lemon juice, cold water, and lavender syrup.
  4. Stir well and chill if desired.
  5. Add sparkling water just before serving and pour over ice.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs and serve immediately.

Notes

Use culinary-grade lavender for best flavor. Adjust sweetness by adding more syrup if desired.
