Ingredients
  

Bolognese Sauce
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • 400 g crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
Pasta & Garnish
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and cook onion, carrot, and celery until softened.
  2. Add garlic and ground beef, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, broth, and seasonings, then simmer.
  4. Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain.
  5. Combine pasta with sauce and serve with parmesan.

Notes

Simmer longer for deeper flavor; add milk for authentic richness.
