Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic grated
Wrap Assembly
  • 6 large pita breads
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pickles

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Whisk together garlic sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Cook chicken in a hot skillet until charred and fully cooked through, then slice into strips.
  4. Warm the pita bread lightly before assembling the wraps.
  5. Spread garlic sauce over the bread and add vegetables, pickles, and chicken.
  6. Roll tightly and toast the wraps in a skillet until golden and crispy.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight and toast the wraps before serving.
