Ingredients
  

Chicken Patties
  • 1.5 lb ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For Serving
  • 4 brioche buns toasted
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 0.5 red onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup pickles
  • 0.5 cup garlic mayo

Method
 

  1. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Mix gently until combined and shape into 4 burger patties.
  3. Chill patties for 15–20 minutes to help them hold their shape.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Grill patties for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked to 165°F.
  6. Add cheddar cheese during the final minute of cooking.
  7. Toast brioche buns until lightly golden.
  8. Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and garlic mayo.

Notes

Avoid overmixing the chicken mixture to keep the burgers tender and juicy.
