Ingredients
  

BBQ Chicken

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce smoky or sweet style
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Coleslaw
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and warm shredded chicken with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add BBQ sauce and stir until chicken is fully coated and slightly thickened.
  3. Mix cabbage and carrots in a large bowl to create the coleslaw base.
  4. Whisk dressing ingredients and combine with vegetables until evenly coated.
  5. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  6. Assemble wraps with BBQ chicken and coleslaw.
  7. Roll tightly, slice, and serve immediately.
