  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • fresh herbs parsley or chives

Method
 

  1. Bring water or broth to a boil, add oats and salt, and simmer until creamy.
