Ingredients
  

Main Dressing Base
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk adjust for consistency
Seasoning & Herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Gradually add buttermilk while whisking to reach desired consistency.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chopped herbs and lemon juice, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh herbs and allow dressing to chill before serving. Adjust thickness with more buttermilk as needed.
