Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 carrots thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions sliced
Sauce
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Marinate beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and sesame oil for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. Cook beef in a hot wok until browned and remove.
  4. Stir fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
  5. Return beef to the wok and add sauce.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens and coats all ingredients.
  7. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, cook over high heat and avoid overcrowding the pan.
