Ingredients
  

Parfait Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 peaches sliced
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp honey
Optional Additions
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  2. Mix yogurt with honey and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Layer yogurt, peaches, and granola in a serving glass.
  4. Repeat layers until full and finish with peaches and garnish.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
