Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press mixture firmly into pan and bake 8–10 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
- Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
- Fold in chopped Oreos and pour batter over crust.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until center is slightly set.
- Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
For cleaner slices, chill overnight and wipe knife between cuts.
