Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 Oreo cookies regular
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 12 Oreo cookies chopped

Equipment

  • 8x8-inch baking pan

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press mixture firmly into pan and bake 8–10 minutes. Cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
  5. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
  6. Fold in chopped Oreos and pour batter over crust.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes until center is slightly set.
  8. Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

For cleaner slices, chill overnight and wipe knife between cuts.
