  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add butter, onion, and garlic. Cook until fragrant and softened.
  3. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and beef broth. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook until pasta is tender and liquid mostly absorbed.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until creamy.
  7. Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley before serving.
