Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 250 g cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Crust Layer
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
Toppings
  • fresh berries optional
  • chocolate sauce optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • hand mixer or whisk

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of serving cups.
  2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spoon filling over crust layer and smooth the top.
  5. Add toppings and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture. Use piping bag for cleaner presentation.
