Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 8 pieces chicken pieces bone-in
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
Seasoned Flour Coating
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup frying oil reserved
  • 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk mixture for at least 4 hours.
  2. Coat chicken in seasoned flour and fry until golden brown.
  3. Brush with spicy oil mixture and serve with bread and pickles.
