  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Peel the banana and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Add banana, berries, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
  3. Add honey and vanilla extract if desired.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust consistency with more milk or ice as needed.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture and avoid adding too much liquid.
