- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onions until soft.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in spices and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, mix in cilantro, and let filling cool.
- Cut wrappers into strips and prepare flour paste.
- Place filling in wrapper strip and fold into triangles.
- Seal edges with flour paste.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry samosas until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake the samosas at 375°F for 18–20 minutes or air fry until crispy.
