Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup cream
  • 0.5 cup cheese shredded
Pastry
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg beaten

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter until soft.
  2. Add flour, then milk and cream to form a thick sauce.
  3. Mix in chicken and cheese, then cool filling.
  4. Cut puff pastry into squares and add filling.
  5. Seal, brush with egg, and bake until golden.

Notes

Keep puff pastry cold and avoid overfilling for best results.
