Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives pitted
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Drain and flake the tuna into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped vegetables, olives, and herbs to the bowl.
  3. Whisk dressing ingredients and mix into the salad until well combined.
