Ingredients
  

Main Smoothie Base
  • 1.5 cups mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 small banana ripe
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 0.75 cup orange juice or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes if using fresh fruit

Equipment

  • Measuring cups
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Prepare and chop all fresh fruit if not using frozen.
  2. Add mango, pineapple, banana, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
  3. Pour in orange juice or coconut water.
  4. Add honey if desired and include ice if using fresh fruit.
  5. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  6. Adjust consistency if needed and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thicker smoothie and reduce added sweetener if fruit is very ripe.
