Ingredients
  

Main Drink
  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain yogurt preferably whole milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • mint leaves for garnish

Equipment

  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Peel and dice ripe mangoes into small chunks.
  2. Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, cardamom, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses.
  6. Garnish with pistachios and mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe sweet mangoes for best flavor. Adjust milk quantity to reach your preferred thickness.
