- Peel and dice ripe mangoes into small chunks.
- Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, cardamom, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

- Garnish with pistachios and mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe sweet mangoes for best flavor. Adjust milk quantity to reach your preferred thickness.
