Ingredients
  

Main Nacho Base
  • 300 g tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 250 g ground beef cooked
  • 1 cup black beans drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 2 jalapeños sliced
Fresh Toppings
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then stir in taco seasoning and simmer briefly.
  2. Layer tortilla chips on a baking tray and top with cheese, beef, beans, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños.
  3. Bake at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted, then top with sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and lime before serving.

Notes

Use thick tortilla chips to prevent sogginess and layer toppings evenly for best results.
